Yes, I'm fussy about who joins my team. Not because I'm arrogant or selfish, but
because I genuinely care about them and I want them to succeed in their own right,
by their own efforts. With my active support, naturally.
I'll train and support you at every step of the way, but I will NOT do it for
you... you MUST be willing and able to become independent, as soon as possible, so
you can contribute to the success of your own people from a position of strength.
